Ikus esparru zabalduak (Expanded optical spaces) talks about the problems of living. Today, the constructions that we inhabit under economic and dimensional standards do not adapt to the real needs of each individual, but it is the individual, according to his economic possibilities, who must adapt to those spaces. In this work, I deal with this global problem, from a very personal point of view and experience. This habitat, home, house, refuge, space of intimacy, daily life and routine, in my case is also a place of creation that has conditioned and delimited my production of work, its formats and materiality, but it has also fed an incessant search. Louise Bourgeois, throughout her life, has stated on several occasions that "architecture has to be an object of our memory" and that "memory is a form of architecture". Using architecture as a symbolic element, I will build a place for memory, showing an imaginary spatiality, transparent, open to the viewer and offering memories of creation. Inhabit. To think. To build. Architecture as a stage for the spectacle of life, of everyday life, but also of creation and construction.
